These "second series" notes issued from Baton Rouge are of a simpler design and were printed on the back of Exchange Bank of Holly Springs, Mississippi notes which were printed in blue! A bold "2 TWO" protector in green appears below the arched title. A beehive, representing Industry is printed between signature lines.
