These "second series" notes issued from Baton Rouge are of a simpler design and were printed on the back of Exchange Bank of Holly Springs, Mississippi notes which were printed in blue!

This Civil War era note grades About Uncirculated with light stains, minor ink burn and tiny nicks on the bottom edge.
