This note is printed on plain paper with a light orange/pink undertint and a "COTTON PLEDGED / 3" underprint in blue! At the center is a small Vignette of an early passenger train. On the lower right is a Vignette of a young sailor boy with an oar. The left panel has a ship printed in an ornate frame.
This note grades Very Good / Fine with pinholes, small edge tears / damage and a repaired tear on the top right.
It measures ~ 7.25" x 3".
