This attractive Civil War era note features a Vignette of Prosperity seated with Commerce and Navigation at the center (This Vignette can also be found on the Confederate T-17 notes). On the lower left is a Vignette of Slaves carrying cotton.
This variety has the "E" plate letter done in a curved fancy style.
This note grades Fine / Very Fine with minor rust and a small tear on the top edge.
It measures ~ 6.75" x 3".
