This attractive note features a Vignette of The State House at the center.

On the lower left is a portrait of Franklin H. Elmore, and on the right is Calhoun.

Elmore was the president of the bank from 1840-1850. He also served in Congress from 1837-1839.

After the death of Calhoun, Elmore filled the vacancy in the Senate in 1850 until his own death later that year.

This note is PMG Graded About Uncirculated 55 with 6 wheel-cut cancellations and "Staple Holes" noted (though we only see a few pinholes).
