1861 $1 Palace Mills Merchant Scrip from Columbus, Georgia.
This scrip features a dark red printing at the center depicting the Palace Mills Plant. Palace Mills produced "Flour Meal & Bread Stuffs". An interesting red and black note printed on the back of recycled bank notes.
This note grades Fine with some pinholes and a replaced piece on the top edge.
It measures ~ 6" x 2.5".
