This bank operated from 1828 until it closed in 1842. It was revived in the late 40's and became the National Bank of Pennsylvania in 1864.
This impressive CTFT. features a Vignette of a farmers above the title. Washington is on horseback at the bottom right. Below the title is a bold "FIVE" protector in red.
