At the center is a rendition of the State Seal of Virginia with Virtus, the genius of the commonwealth, resting on a spear with one hand, and holding a sword in other, and treading on tyranny. On the left is a Train Vignette and on the right is a Canal Vignette.
This note grades Very Fine with stains, some pinholes and a couple tiny edge tears.
It measures ~ 7.5" x 3".
