This bank operated from 1852 until it failed in 1866. 

This scarce note features a detailed Vignette of an industrial scene at the lower left which shows the inside of a tobacco factory. Beside that is a "IV" protector in gray. The bank name is printed at the top, flanked by denomination counters.

This note is PCGS Banknote Graded Choice Fine 15 with "Minor Ink Erosion" noted and some breaks / pinholes.
