1856 $1 The Tiverton Bank note from Tiverton, Rhode Island.

This bank operated from 1855 until it failed in 1857. The town name also changed to Fall River in 1857. 

This note features a Vignette of two farmers transporting a wagon full of hay pulled by two oxen. A bold "ONE" protector is printed in red.

This note grades Fine with a ~1/4" internal cut, pinholes, and rough edges.
