This note features a Vignette of a large eagle with wings spread as well as a "ONE" protector in red. At the upper left is an allegorical female with a trident. Hope stands with an anchor and a cornucopia on the lower right.
This note grades Very Good+ with a few small pinholes and an internal tear on the right.
It measures ~ 7" x 2.8".
