This note features a Vignette of a bare-breasted allegorical maiden seated next to Neptune in a clamshell chariot above the title. On the left, Commerce accepts a cornucopia of coins from Mercury. A small Vignette of a beaver is printed between signature lines. Fully issued!
This note grades Fine / Very Fine with punch cancellations, a tiny hole and pinholes.
