This bank only operated from 1853 until 1855.
At the upper left is a rendition of the State Seal of Virginia. The portrait on the lower right is believed to be Henry A. Wise who was Governor of Virginia from 1856-1860 and became a Confederate General.
It measures ~ 7.5" x 3".
