1800's $5 The Bank of Washington note from Washington, North Carolina.

This bank operated from 1851 until it failed in 1866. 

At the upper left is a detailed Vignette of Agriculture, Ceres, and Navigation which can also be found on the T-17 Confederate Treasury notes. Under the bank title is a Vignette of an early passenger train going around a bend. On the right, Ceres sits by a shield with seals on it. Bright white paper with a colorful overprint!
