This note has many allegorical figures including Liberty and Plenty in the rendition of the state seal on the left as well as Justice and Ceres flanking a shield on the right. At the top center, another allegorical maiden is seated with an eagle.
A bold "TWE 20 NTY" protector block is printed in green at the center. The reverse has a bold vermilion design.
This note grades About Uncirculated.
