1861 T-30 $10 The Confederate States of America note.

The T-30's were printed by Blanton Duncan in 1862 and into 1863. It was the last note bearing the September 2, 1861 date to be printed, continuing right into 1863. 

This note features a Vignette at the center portraying "General Francis Marion's Sweet Potato Dinner.". The Vignette to the right is Minerva, the Goddess of War. To the bottom left is a portrait of R.M.T. Hunter, the Confederate Secretary of State. 

This Civil War era note grades Very Fine with a hole-out cancellation and a tear on the bottom of the cancellation. 

It measures ~ 7" x 3".
